3. Hosting and server log files
When you access this website, our hosting provider automatically records the data transmitted by your browser (server log files): IP address, date and time of access, page requested, volume of data transferred, referrer URL, browser type and operating system.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the technically sound and secure operation of our website.
This data is deleted after 30 days at the latest, unless required to investigate a specific security incident.
A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with our hosting provider.

5. Cookies

To display fonts consistently we use typefaces stored on and served from our own server. No connection to third-party servers is established; your IP address is not transmitted to Google.

If you contact us via the contact form, by e-mail or by telephone, we process the data you provide (name, e-mail address, telephone number and the content of your message) in order to handle your enquiry.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to the initiation or performance of a contract, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
We delete this data once your enquiry has been conclusively dealt with and no statutory retention obligations apply. Correspondence relevant under commercial and tax law is retained for six and ten years respectively pursuant to § 257 HGB and § 147 AO.

8. Recipients and disclosure of data
Your data is disclosed only where necessary for the performance of a contract, where you have consented, or where we are legally obliged to do so. Beyond this, we engage carefully selected service providers as processors (in particular for hosting and e-mail delivery), with whom agreements pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR are in place.
